I am a nurse and recently started a small buisness selling a fast growing skincare/ health line of products. I have a friend with Celiac Disease and am wondering if anyone knows if lotions and skin care products containing Panthenol are safe for her to use.

I have began to develope a round circle like a rash in a few places on my arm and it itches but I haven't scratched it because I didn't know what it was until I heard that celiac patients develope rashes. Does anyone know what I can use for this and what is good for dry skin that is safe?

I don't remember pnthenol being specifically mentoned to me by the dermatologist I saw. I was told that Nuetrogina products were OK. I don't have the time right now to check the ingredients. Does this help?
